Diş çekimi, kurtarılamayacak durumda olan bir dişin çene kemiğinden çıkarılması için uygulanan yaygın bir diş hekimliği işlemidir. Aynı zamanda bireyin genel ağız sağlığını korumak amacıyla da gerekli olabilir. New Look Smile’da diş çekimi işlemleri uzman diş hekimlerimiz tarafından güvenle gerçekleştirilmektedir.
Diş çekimi, işlem bölgesini uyuşturarak hastanın ağrı hissetmemesini sağlamak amacıyla lokal anestezi uygulanmasıyla başlar. Bölge yeterince uyuştuğunda, diş özel diş hekimliği aletleriyle gevşetilir ve çekilir. Diş gömülü, kırık ya da ulaşılması zor bir konumdaysa — örneğin yirmilik dişlerde olduğu gibi cerrahi çekim gerekebilir. Bu gibi durumlarda dişin parçalara ayrılarak çıkarılması gerekebilir. Diş çıkarıldıktan sonra bölge temizlenir ve gerekiyorsa dikiş atılır.
Aşağıdaki durumlarda diş çekimi gerekebilir:
Dolgu veya kaplama ile onarılamayacak derecede ileri çürük ve hasar
Kemik veya diş eti kaybına yol açan ileri periodontit (diş eti hastalığı)
Ağrı, şişlik ve enfeksiyona neden olan gömülü veya sorunlu yirmilik dişler
Şiddetli diş çapraşıklığı ya da ortodontik tedavi planlamasının bir parçası olarak
İmplant, köprü veya protez gibi restoratif tedaviler öncesi hazırlık amacıyla
Ağrı ve Rahatsızlığın Giderilmesi:
Sorunlu dişin çekilmesi, enfeksiyona bağlı ağrı ve rahatsızlığın ortadan kaldırılmasına yardımcı olur.
Daha Fazla Ağız Sorununun Önlenmesi:
Enfekte dişin alınması, enfeksiyonun yayılmasını önler ve komşu dişler üzerindeki baskıyı azaltır.
Gelecek Tedavilere Zemin Hazırlar:
Uzun vadeli restoratif tedavilere başlanmadan önce dişin çekilmesi gerekli olabilir.
